Our logistics processes comply with the latest Good Distribution Practice (GDP) Guidelines and thus meet the highest quality standards. 

You can rely on it: from inventory to warehousing to delivery, we comply with all legally prescribed conditions. We handle returns and batch recalls just as competently.   • Our material requirements planners manage the stock and place orders with you in good time so that delivery to our joint customers is guaranteed at all times. Our availability is 99 per cent for the core product range, which ensures a high level of security and customer satisfaction.

  • If you are unable to deliver your products yourself, we will be happy to put our forwarding logistics at your disposal. We integrate the delivery of your products on our delivery route – always in compliance with the latest GDP Guidelines (Good Distribution Practice). We collect your goods directly from your warehouse and ensure that they are delivered to our warehouse or directly to our customers.

  • Avosano AG offers quality logistics and legally compliant processes at every level. On receipt of incoming goods, the prescribed guidelines are observed and quality checks are carried out every time. We then store the products in accordance with your specifications until they are sold. Goods are monitored by well-trained employees.

  • Our picking process is highly automated with our state-of-the-art logistics infrastructure. This is how we guarantee security right up to delivery. In addition, self-inspections are carried out on an ongoing basis and the processes are continuously optimized. In this way, we ensure a high level of service and ensure that your products reach the customer in the right quality and quantity.

  • Rapid availability requires efficient and fast delivery processes. Thanks to our four locations, we can deliver to our customers with GDP-compliant vehicles within two hours. Our drivers are there for you around the clock.

  • We have three different types of returns.

    Returns processing
    If a product is no longer marketable due to the expiry date or a quality defect, we will support you in processing customer returns. It is up to you to decide the extent of our support. We accept returned products and create customer credit notes according to your specifications. If you wish, we can also return the products to you for a fee.

    Destruction of goods
    On request, we dispose of your products for you in an environmentally appropriate and professional manner and issue a credit note to the customer.

    Batch recall
    A product recall may occur in the event of an error in the package leaflet or product labelling or due to a quality defect. On request, we support you with batch recalls and forward your communication by fax to the affected customers. We ensure an orderly process that complies with Swissmedic’s regulations. The products will be collected and disposed of or returned to you in compliance with the current GDP Guidelines. We also take care of creating customer credit notes for you.
